Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CrowNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CrowNest for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on CrowNest
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices from CrowNest
• Use CrowNest for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of CrowNest
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CrowNest or its related systems

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Billing

CrowNest offers a 37-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged $4/month unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through CrowNest. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding your content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CrowNest and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CrowNest, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
